Claim Flow
A ten-tab workspace for running a settlement administration end-to-end. Analysts work the admin dashboard; claimants get the public portal. Everything is SOC 2 audit-trailed by default.
Stage-by-stage breakdown of every claim from Submitted → In Review → Validated → Approved. Click any stage to drill into the underlying claim list and re-route bad data without losing the audit trail.
All Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, and private liens grouped by source. Pending vs. resolved counts update as your team negotiates. Holds funds before disbursement automatically.
QSF balance broken into Net Fund, Disbursed, Pending, and Unclaimed buckets. Cy pres handling is wired in. When the unclaimed pool clears the threshold you set, the Distribution tab surfaces the recipient list for sign-off.
Every state change. Claim edits, lien resolutions, disbursements. Written to an append-only ledger. SOC 2 export builds the report your auditor needs without any manual gathering.
Docket Monitor
Watch any docket on PACER and get AI-summarized alerts when something new lands. Polls sub-daily, summarizes via Claude, drops it in your inbox.
Each new filing comes through as a card with a one-paragraph Claude summary, the docket number, and the timestamp. Urgent flag is reserved for filings that need a same-day response. Motions to compel, TROs, sanctions.
Add a docket by case number and court; the watcher polls PACER on its own. No per-search PACER fees. Docket Monitor batches reads and pulls only what changed.
Daily or hourly digest delivered to your inbox with all new alerts grouped by case. Forward-friendly. Your team can subscribe themselves without giving anyone PACER credentials.
Risk Assessor
Six-tab workspace for putting numbers on a matter where gut-feel meets nine figures. Failure-mode heatmaps, Monte Carlo settlement modeling, and a written briefing the partner can sign.
10,000-iteration distribution of probable settlement values, with P10 / P50 / P90 markers. Use it to defend reserves to the audit committee or to set a settlement authority band before mediation.
Grid of failure modes weighted by likelihood × impact. Hotter cells deserve a strategy memo; cooler cells get a watch flag. Drill in to see the assumption set behind each cell.
Auto-generated written brief that synthesizes the heatmap, Monte Carlo, and source documents into a one-page memo a partner can sign. Re-runs each time the inputs change.
Bend
Legal PM built for class action and restructuring matters. Three views. Timeline, Todos, Team. That share the same underlying tasks. Court-ordered deadlines are flagged automatically and never silently slip.
Phase-grouped Gantt that runs the full case lifecycle. Court-ordered tasks get a red CO chip and a hard-stop indicator; everything else is movable. Drag a bar to reschedule and watch the downstream tasks ripple.
Per-assignee work surface with priority chips (critical / high / medium) and threaded comments. Each todo is the same record as the Gantt task. Checking it off in one view updates the other.
Per-person load bars with task counts and overdue flags. Anyone tipping into red is overloaded and should rebalance. Drag a task from their column to a colleague to reassign.
Allo Flow
Visual waterfall builder for QSF distributions. Pro rata, tiered, capped, mixed. Click together what Kroll quotes as a six-figure custom build.
Drag fund → tier → distribution nodes onto the canvas and connect them. Each connection is a rule (cap, ratio, threshold). Re-arrange anytime. The math runs live.
Define each tier by claim attributes: severity, document type, time window, geography. Tiers can be flat-rate, pro-rata, or capped. Pick one per tier and Allo Flow shows the resulting per-claim payout.
Live sum check confirms tier payouts × counts match the net fund. Green pill means safe to disburse; yellow means an underflow / overflow that needs a rule tweak before you push to Claim Flow.
Notice Campaign Manager
Five-tab workspace covering the full notice lifecycle: class profile builder, AI media plan, Monte Carlo reach simulator with confidence intervals, multi-language creative generator, and a Rule 23 / FJC declaration export.
Paste the class definition from the complaint or settlement agreement; the builder generates demographic and media-consumption profiles you can defend in the declaration.
AI proposes a channel mix for your budget and class profile. Adjust each channel's allocation slider and the reach numbers update in real time. Export the plan as the supporting exhibit.
10,000-iteration Monte Carlo simulation with 95% confidence intervals. Net vs gross reach, frequency, and per-channel incremental contribution. The numbers you need to satisfy Rule 23 and FJC criteria.
Doc Review
Multi-pass document review for privilege, inconsistency, citation accuracy, and exposure. Reads like a senior associate at the cost of a coffee. Claude API with full source attribution on every finding.
Five-pass analysis: Intake, Structure, Citations, Privilege, Exposure. Each pass runs sequentially and the active pill shows where the review currently is. Most documents finish in under three minutes.
Each finding gets a tag (PRIV, CITE, INC, EXP), the page and paragraph reference, and a one-line remediation suggestion. Click into any finding to see the source quote and Claude's reasoning.
Every cited case or statute is verified against the actual holding text. Misquotes, overreaches, and superseded authority are flagged with a CITE tag and the corrected reference.
River Chat
A conversational AI that pulls case context across the entire 11River suite. Cites every answer back to the source document. The docket entry, the deposition page, the dashboard widget. So nothing is hand-wavey.
Ask questions in natural language; River Chat scopes its answer to the active case workspace and pulls from indexed docs, dashboards, and dockets. Switch workspaces from the top-left to query a different matter.
Every answer ends with a citation strip showing exactly where each fact came from. Doc + page, QSF section, dashboard widget. Click a citation to jump straight to the source.
Each matter gets its own indexed workspace. Its docs, dockets, and dashboards. Use the switcher in the header to move between matters; chat history is preserved per workspace.
Docket Builder
Build, format, and export a clean docket for case oversight or court-facing presentation. Cleaner than PACER, faster than a paralegal hand-typing it. Auto-imports from Docket Monitor.
Each entry is numbered and dated; status pills show FILED / SERVED / PENDING / SIGNED at a glance. Drag entries to reorder, click to edit, or use ⌘+enter to drop a new one in.
If you're already watching this case in Docket Monitor, every new filing flows in as a draft entry. Pre-summarized, pre-dated. Approve to add to your master docket, or edit the summary first.
PDF or CSV export with court-ready formatting. Headers, page numbers, and case caption are filled from the matter's metadata so the same docket works for an internal status meeting and a court submission.
Economic Dashboard
Live macro indicators. FX, rates, commodities, sovereign risk. Wired into your damages models, restructuring assumptions, and investment posture.
DXY, 10Y UST, WTI, sovereign spreads. At a glance, refreshed every 60 seconds. Pin the indicators that matter to your matter; the rest stay one click away.
Per-indicator detail view with 1D / 1W / 30D / 1Y windows, source attribution, and the underlying time-series data downloadable as CSV.
Drop the macro context directly into your damages model assumptions. Risk Assessor's Monte Carlo can pull from these series so your downside scenarios reflect the actual rate environment.
White Label
Full white-label deployments. Your domain, your colors, your typography, your logo. Rebrand any tool in the suite in an afternoon.
Side-by-side preview of default vs custom theme. Tune brand colors, typography, and logo; preview updates live across every product surface.
Point your own domain at the workspace and we'll handle DNS verification + SSL automatically. CNAME or apex A record. Both supported.
SAML / OIDC SSO via Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace. Map your IdP groups to 11River roles so engineers don't have to manage seats by hand.
River Note
Notes that tag to matters, not folders. Privileged-by-default, searchable, and integrated with River Chat. Notion's structure without the data leaks.
Tag a note to one or many matters; the note then appears in each matter's workspace. No folder hierarchy to maintain. Search and tag-filter do the work.
Mark each note attorney-work-product or attorney-client at creation time. Flagged notes are excluded from cross-team search and require explicit access to view.
Drop docket entries, claim records, or chat citations into a note and they stay linked. Open the linked source from the note and it lands you back in the right app at the right entity.
Reminders
Court deadlines, filing windows, objection periods. Ingested from Docket Monitor and surfaced with escalation alerts. Email + Slack at T-3 / T-7 / T-14 by default; override per matter.
Past, present, and upcoming deadlines on one horizontal timeline. Color codes. Green for done, yellow for warning, red for critical. Give you the case-health read in three seconds.
Default escalation pings at T-14, T-7, and T-3 days from the deadline. Override per matter or per deadline type. Court-ordered deadlines escalate further out and to a wider audience.
Reminders fire to Slack channels and individual inboxes. Weekly digest summarizes everything tracked, due, and at-risk; the on-call partner gets a separate priority lane.
Social Track
Reach claimants where they actually are. Meta, YouTube, TikTok. And prove it. Bitly + UTM routing into Palantir, Tableau, or Sprout Social, with weekly auto-sync to Google Sheets.
Per-channel impressions, click-throughs, and conversion to claim filing. Filter by date or creative variant; drill into a bar to see the underlying ad sets.
Each campaign generates a Bitly + UTM combo so you can stitch ad clicks back to claim filings. Codes flow into Palantir, Tableau, and Sprout Social automatically.
Cross-platform totals. Reach, frequency, click-through, claim conversion. Pinned to a single rollup the case team can drop straight into a status report.
